The Basics: Samsung YP-S2 Red, Black and Purple Colour MP3 Player belongs to the Flash memory type with the capacity option of 1GB or 2GB. It does not feature with the display screen. Goes compact and light in weight with the dimension and weight of 42.4 x 41.2 x 16.7 mm and 17.2 grams respectively. It does not come with the speaker or the mic but has the earphones of 16 Ohm. The controls are been displayed in the circular form with the soft touch buttons.
Functions: Being capable of delivering the only audio playback function in the supported file formats of MP3, WMA, Ogg Vorbis. This play back can be set in three different modes and the various presets EQ are Normal, 3D Studio, Concert Hall. The other general functions like the FM radio, recorder, STT and TTS are not available in this product.
Battery: It works on the built-in rechargeable battery of type Li-ion polymer. It provides a continuous play back time of 13 hours and it makes it possible to recharge via either PC or adapter. It takes a normal 2 hours for the full charge.
Others: This model is compatible with the various OS of Windows 2000, XP and Vista. The interface provided with this MP3 Player is UMS only. It allows the user to resume the playback.
